Tobi is a private workplace application for authorized Tobbins staff, managers, HR, and owners. It brings staff training and daily station operations together.
What Tobi does
- Crew Center: assigned training, training records, and staff profiles.
- Daily operations: checklists, maintenance tickets, equipment information, and team messages.
- Management: leadership activities, reporting, and staff recognition.
- Fuel operations: supplier documents, pricing, deliveries, and reconciliation.
Access depends on each account’s assigned role and permissions. This information website does not provide access to workplace records.
Why Tobi connects to Google
An authorized administrator can connect the designated business Gmail account so Tobi can send staff invitations, password-recovery messages, and requested service emails. Tobi uses Google authorization to identify the connected account and obtain permission to send email. This outgoing-email connection does not request permission to read the Gmail inbox.
A separately authorized fuel-import automation reads relevant supplier messages and attachments from the designated fuel mailbox and imports business documents into Tobi.
Access and support
Tobi accounts are provided by workplace administrators. Staff do not need to connect their personal Gmail accounts to sign in. Contact your manager for access or use the support address below.
